Very Unsatisfied, Never again!: Purchased a Custom Size gown for $325.00, and when I received my gown, it had to be taken in 2 sizes, which cost me another $134.90 plus $15.00 to steam. The dress was 3 inches shorter on the right side versus the left. The dress did not have cups as promised. I am the exact weight as when I
ordered the dress. The best part of it all was that I had a local seamstress measure me.

The Company is based in India which I did not know and when I asked where I was calling they did not understand. It wasn't until I received a call from Fed Ex that I discovered this. You will be charged a overseas fee on top of it from Fed Ex
which was never disussed, international fees also.
Total cost of the gown $515.09

They didnt deserve the 1 star I gave them.: I had myself measured for a gown and received the gown. The dress did not even come close to fitting me as it was way to tight at the top but grossly oversized at the bottom. (Not a nice look) As per they return policy, I did exactly as they specified and immediately returned the dress (to india) and was told that they wanted to try and fix the problem by making me a new dress in time for the event. I agreed and waited.

The date that they promised to have my dress sent out by came and went and when I contacted them about it, they told me that the color I had ordered the dress in was out (blue) and they suggested pink instead. At this point, it was too late to get a new dress and I asked for a refund. I was told I would see a credit to my card in a week. That time came and went and when I called about it, their accounting dept. always "seemed to be having trouble" or wasnt open. Suffice it to say that after fighting for my refund for months on end, they began to say "this is an old order and we cannot refund it." I will never see a dime back from them, and I don't even have a piece of fabric to show from it.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
