If you enjoy being abused AND ripped off, by all means, shop at palmercash.com- I just wanted to share the really, really shitty experience that I just had with the company palmercash.com
They advertise on perezhilton, us magazine, etc, and sell snarky tee shirts.
On June 20th, I ordered three shirts (totallying $90) from them that were meant to be gifts for people. after 2 solid weeks, I never received anything, so I sent a "where's my stuff" email. I received an email back saying that one of the items was back-ordered and they didn't realize it, but they'd send out the other stuff immediately.
Well, 10 days after that...still nothing, so I sent another email asking where the hell my stuff was and got a rude email that said "Hey we sent your stuff out, it's not our problem you didn't get it. and they would not give me a tracking number to see what happened. They said they send out 500 shirts a week, so if one or two gets lost in the mail, oh well. They said they'd "re-send" (read: send them out for the first time).
So, here we are on AUGUST 20th, and I just received the 2 shirts today. I sent an email saying i'd received them and I will never do business with them again and that it was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
I received an email from someone named Jessica in the shipping department filled with expletives that they could care less about my experience.
So, just a word of warning. I wouldn't shop there if I were you, they are horrible!!
Also, If you google "palmercash.com"; there's a lot of results from ripoffreport.com and even Yelp in different cities that say basically the same thing about them.
I want to share the extremely wonderful experience i had with the customer service from palmercash.com. (Best On-Line Customer Service i have ever received!!!)- I have been a loyal customer of palmercash.com since they originated. I believe in supporting small businesses and to no surprise to me they are not so small anymore. With the service and quality of materials they provide it's not so hard to believe how well they are doing. I'm very impressed at their timely shipping methods and love how personable they are! They do sometimes go through a change of employees in their customer service department (what company doesn't)? That might be where these complaints are stemming from...although, if you call their 1-800 number i have found you are more likely to get a faster response than e-mailing. But i have personally done both and had some lengthly questions which have been handled very thoughtfully and professionally. I could not be happier with this company and would encourage anyone to order from them. Thank You Palmercash!!!
