The worst! Stay far away!!!!- This is the worst customer experience that I have ever had. Stay far away!!!! I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 16, 2006. The item was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 weeks, so I told the recipient that the gift might be a little late. Here we are on February 11th and still no sign that the order will ever arrive. Personal Creations has the worst customer support - I call them every few days to follow up, and they have no idea what the status of my order is. They tell me that they are following up with the manufacturer regularly to get updates(seems like a lot of BS).
Never have had a problem - Love their selection!- I have been buying from Personal Creations for many years. I must say I have never had a problem with their gifts or with customer service. They always have different products from all of the other sites. I would recommend them if you want something different. And their prices are reasonable too.
