If I could give PLAY3K.com a zero rating I would- The customer service from this company is non existent. I have been waiting for over a Month for a reply to my first email regarding a refund.
Any additional email I have sent the company has gone into a black hole. There is no phone number to call either!
This company has taken my money and not provided any level of service what so ever!
I would suggest anyone to think seriously before purchasing from this company if you think you may end up returning your product.
I have had a very bad experience with them and will never purchase from them in the future!
