WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN.- My first purchase is definitely my last. I ordered a Christmas gift 12/2...called "customer service" to check status of said order the next week and the woman was a moron. She said she couldn't check the status because it's through another vendor!?! Why CAN'T you check the status...found that pretty ridiculous. And then she said flippantly that maybe it'll arrive by Christmas maybe it won't!!! What kind of nonsense is THAT?? They won't respond to emails and the wait time on the phone is interminable. I can't remember the last time I've been this frustrated. I can't get info on my order through any avenue! Be careful of this website to all you people out there...has to undoubtedly have THE worst customer service of all time! I would have given this site zero stars if I could have done so.
