Do not buy from preferredphoto.com!!! I saw on other review sites that they up-sell but I didn't care as I needed the product urgently and they assured 2nd Day UPS shipping. I thought all was good until I saw my "your order has shipped" email with no tracking number.

I tried emailing and calling to get a tracking number but have gotten no response and their phone system disconnected me repeatedly. What's worse is that their automated system claims that my order number does not exist but my credit card's been charged.

It's now a week past when it should have been delivered and still nothing. I'm just hoping that my goods arrive at all.
