Love Pyramid.com!!!- They have lots of interesting, unique items at very good prices!!! Service is wonderful!

Good merchandise quality and selections.- The service is not up to par. I ordered 3 rings and they were "available" when I ordered them to find out later they were "backordered - to ship 8/20." They never shipped. I emailed and they apologized with the promise of shipment the first week of Sept but when going to the item on the site, it was not listed as backordered, still showing available. Not good for future business from me - this order was over $300. . .

Terrible quality customer service and merchandise- My husband ordered a ring for me for Christmas, that said it was backordered, but due in in two days. When he checked back, they had changed it to say due in "soon". Nevertheless, it did not arrive in time for Christmas like he was promised. Not only that, the silver setting was discolored--sort of milky white, and the stone in the ring has a big scratch across the top and 4 chips out of the stone! He has tried to contact their customer service department twice now, only to be put into a phone menu loop or to be put on hold for 20 minutes when he gave up. We're still trying to get ahold of them to no avail!! Not good for future business from me, either!

They are horrible- I ordered a ring, it went on backorder and they had no idea when it would ship. I cancelled the order. 2 weeks later they charged my card and said they it shipped. @ weeks later I had recieved nothing! When I called agan to recancel the order they refused! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; LONG WAIT FOR REFUND- Returned merchandise ($100 clothing); they received it 12/1. As of 1/1/09 have NOT received refund to my credit card. Have called several times, the last being last night (busy signal for 30 minutes; on hold for 15). Phone sales rep informed me that customer service staff was gone till Fri., 1/2, and he was only an order person, not able to do refunds. Their website states under GUARANTEE that you will get a "prompt" refund on your returns - NOT TRUE!!!
I had called during the day on 12/31, and customer service told me if I had my tracking # from the PO mailing that she could do the refund for me. When I complained about such a long wait for a refund, she said that I should be patient because it was the holidays and Pyramid was more concerned about getting orders OUT than doing refunds (YES, she actually SAID THAT!). She didn't tell me they would be closed last night either (I told her I would call back when I got home). I will call back tomorrow and see where that call gets me.
SUGGESTION FOR ANYONE WHO ORDERS FROM THIS OUTFIT: Don't expect to get your merchandise right away even if you order online and it states IN STOCK. And if you return anything, be sure to get DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. They don't seem to know what is going on at all there: "The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing" seems to fit pretty well with these jokers!
The order rep I spoke to last night actually AGREED with me! Apparently, I am not alone in my opinion of their poor customer service; he said it is obvious "Pyramid has some serious customer service issues."

NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES- Ordered an item which was in stock, and then when I called 2 weeks later because it still had not shipped the "customer service" rep said that it was backordered, and didn't know when I'd get it
this was after 5 e-mails
then, I had to return the overpriced low quality product and again no reply to my e-mails...
I called and the lady said that it takes 4-8 weeks for a refund to show. When I asked why my e-mails weren't answered she said there is 1 person that anwers and "if they are not of high importance they don't get answered"
Oh, and this was after she tried to say that my return hadn't been received, when I told her my UPS tracking number indicated it was, is when she told me about the 4-8 week refund policy.
I'll wait until next Friday and then contact the BBB
