- This company is a corporate con trick AVOID AT ALL COSTS
- If you buy from this company you are tricked into agreeing to ongoing membership which is debited from your account at £19.95 per month. The website to cancel it makes it impossible to do this.

- I ordered a digital photo frame and 5 digital key kings for Christmas. I got the Photo frame which broke after 28days and 5 MP3 players. I sent them back and I'm still waiting for my refund. You can't get through on the phone, emails aren't replied. I have finally got through today a they process my refund minus the postage I had to pay to send back there incorrectly sent items. I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager because one wasn't aviable.
I also tried to cancell their membership which they charge you £20 a month for and the website wouldnt' let me. So when I go through today and as for refund was told I couldn't have once as I didn't cancell before the 30days.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...!
- The worst experience of my buying life.
- Having ordered a digital photo frame on the 27th of November, £43.95 was debited from my account (although didn’t sign up to the membership so am shouldn’t be charged the £19.95), I was told when I called up the following week that the producer had not sent the photo frames in - not my problem, they should deal with it themselves.
I then sent 3 emails to find out why it still had not arrived last week, had no reply.
After calling continuously for 3 hours on the numbers found on reviews (01202674050/01202644202) I finally got through.
I was told that the producer had got the stock in & everything would be dispatched by 1st class royal mail today, but I had been sent an email 2 days before saying that my item had been dispatched & had even got a tracking number. As I’m leaving the country in 4 days I told them that I expected the digital photo frame to be here in 3 days or a full refund as well as the item.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

- It will cost you £19.95 per month after 30 days to use their site! Check their customer feedback (Some threads) have been closed down. If you dont cancel the REDSAVE pass correctly, or possibly close a bank account (to stop them getting your money) their T+C's state words to the effect of: The dept will be referred to a debt collection agency at an additional cost of £19. READ THE T+C

- Wish i had come to this site first!!!! DONNOT USE REDSAVE, they keep taking 19.95 a month for a pass i dont even want and they only let you email once a day!!!!!!!!! I am reporting them to my local ombudsman.

I too was unaware that I was signing up to a free shopping pass. By the time I realised they had already taken 2 lots of £19.95
Steer well clear.

- Everything written in the comments below. Take £20 off you every month (unknowingly), impossible to cancel this. Impossible to get a hold of. What you get is not exactly what you order, no recourse, no cusotmerservice. TERRIBLE. But the £20 a month -- so not cool. I had to change my account to stop it!

- Redsave subscription scam complaint
- Redsave is still scamming online shoppers and getting away with it! You must report them to your local Trading Standards (to find your local TS, go to http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/ and enter your postcode. Complain that Redsave's trading practice, i.e. subscription fee, is designed to con consumers and should be outlawed. It's a simple phonecall and takes 2 minutes. Also complain to BBC Watchdog. Both TS and Watchdog are investigating Redsave but it is up to victims to add weight to the investigation by reporting them.
