Ordering was simple enough but it took 2 day just for the order to appear in "review past orders". Also the shipping address for the review of my order was different than the confirmation page when I placed the order. I submitted a change of shipping address and 2 days later my order was shipped to yet a different address without notification. I believe the parsing script for their webpage ordering form is messed up to cause such a big problem for a simple dvd order.
