Worst online shopping experience EVER!: Can I give zero stars?

The shirts and 'rock wear' that Rock Rebel carries are pretty cool and trendy. The prices aren't even that bad.

However... what is bad is their customer service. It took well over 5 months for me to be shipped all my items and not even the ones I wanted at that. There was no communication and I found out the order wasn't complete only after receiving part of it. After numerous threats of legal action I was finally given a credit (like I want to shop there again!) and charged AGAIN for shipping. To bad for me.

I was just glad to get the horrible experience over with.

It's a very long and frustrating story, but suffice to say, I was ripped off.
And don't expect a reply from customer service either. With no way to contact them because there are no phone numbers available, you take your chances with these people. They charge your credit card from the time you order and there's no way to get your money back unless you go through your credit card company and reverse charges.

Bar none - this was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had... and I've shopped online a lot. Do your research - mine is not the only story like this.

Avoid these fraudsters like the plague. I cannot say that strongly enough. Don't throw your money away!
