we ordered $200.00 worth of merch from them and it took 7 weeks to arrive, thing is, it was stamped as being shipped on the 24th, we got it on the 28th!

Now I don't mind the wait (well worth it), but, in that time HATCHETGEAR.com, ignored 4 emails and we were convinced that some postman was doing his rounds listening to our TWIZTID & ICP on his walkman.

Our only criticism is that, they ignore your emails, a simple reply would have eased our fears, that apart, the items arrived well packed and exactly as ordered, have no fears ordering from them, just be prepared for a l o n g wait.
