Poor service, damaged products- I ordered (2) 8' banquet tables from Staples.com; they shipped 6' tables, even though the order manifest listed 8' tables. They were supposed to deliver the correct 8' tables the next day; they never showed up. (They advertise next business day delivery.) I ordered them for a specific event and I didn't have them in time.
When they showed up the next day, both tables were damaged (the ends were crushed.) I AGAIN had to call and schedule another delivery.
The second set of tables was ALSO damaged in the same fashion. I refused delivery and called Staples.com for a refund.
A week and a half later, they still hadn't processed my return. I had to call a 5th time to get them to process the return. I will NEVER order from them again.
