If I could give zero stars I would.: So I decided to order during their "warehouse sale" with markdowns as low as 70% off. I placed an order of $150 for around 15 items and was pleased, until I received the order shipment confirmation. Turns out the majority of the products that it was stated on their site as being "in stock" were infact out of stock, so I was sent the 6 items that I wanted the LEAST and had to pay shipping for them, which would have been free had my order of over $100 been placed. I placed a call to my good friend Carla Hammer at Stila Cosmetics, and she was one of the most rude customer service reps I have ever had to deal with. Oh, and if you want to try and "spin the wheel of customer service reps" to try and get lucky and get a nicer one, you'll have the pleasant surprise of finding out that Carla Hammer must be the ONLY rep they have at Stila Cosmetics.

Such a nightmare, I highly suggest not dealing with this company at stilacosmetics.com. I enjoy their products and I have for many years, but my first experience using their direct website has been a HUGE let down and I don't know if I'll ever be able to look at my stila eyeshadow the same...
