Rating: 1 starsThey sell fakes and the quality is terrible
I recently bought an Ed Hardy Hoody from them. They took weeks to ship. When I e-mailed them they said they'd ship the next day and then didn't. Eventually, the hoody I got had threads unraveling around the pockets and the silkscreen was faded in spots. It's a fake and it's very poor quality.

Rating: 1 starsSame here
I've placed an order about 3 weeks ago, still never recieved it yet. My status is no longer confirmed. I emailed them, they said it shud be shipped out the next day. I email them again, they say the item is out of stock and we will inform you as soon as possible. Waited about another week after that, I get the message I recieved when I first emailed them. I'm starting to think their a scam, I will never do business with them again. How long did it take for you to recieve your item?

Rating: 1 starsNot a good experience, no more purchasing from them!
I just tried to order two sweatshirts from their site this past friday. I had noticed that it was a sale and that one of the prices was surprisingly low. It was $11 for a $200 sweatshirt. Thinking that it was probably a screw up somwhere i took advantage of it. I bought two and recieved a confirmation of my purchase in an email and was promised a confirmation email on Monday, when their hours resume. I have emailed them several times today with no avail. They have also since fixed the glitch today, making it now $111, which is what i think it should have been and not $11. They have also since taken my order off my status bar and refuse to email me back. I think they know they have to give me the sweatshirts that I had ordered and were promised to be shipped to me. Am I in the right or not? Because I know when i went to Best Buy last month for a DVD and found it mispriced for a lower price, they have to give it to you at that price, whether it was a mishap or not. And also working in retail for years, i have seen this many times. What do you all think?

Rating: 1 starsStylerunway IS A FRAUDULANT Company!!!
I emailed "Jacob" who seems to be the only peson working for Stylerunway. I too almost fell victim to his scam. I believe that this individual works from his home - set up this website and scams people selling FAKE goods. Funny thing is that I mentioned to "Jacob" that I was aware of his scam and would post this clearly on the internet. I contacted the Live Chat 4 times and all 4 times I was greeted by Jacob. I wanted to confirm on all 4 occasions that the items posted were legit authentic items and not replica's. He re-assured me each time that they were. I made a comment that the authentisity was throwing me off as my husband just purchased a bag for $1400.00 which he was selling for $99.00 only! He again confirmed all items as authentic and said some of them were last years stock! Please.
Not to my surprise, I accessed the site the following day to see that he had gone in and altered ALL of his pricing. He had about 60 bags or more listed at $99.00 and now all of those same bags were listed at $400 - $500. When I saw this, I called him on it via live chat. Funny because he had a whole statement already typed out which he obviously just cut and paste to get me out of his hair. This guy is a joke and a scammer looking for an easy way to sit on his *ss scamming people for their money!

Rating: 1 starsSCAM : Buyer Beware!!!!!
Made a purchase on Nov 30 they took my money on Dec 1. guess what I dont have my order, I can't log into my account, the phone number doesn't work. And I mysteriously keep chatting with Sindy ( jacob twice) who never answers my questons and keeps telling me to wait for email confirmation of shipment which I should receive in 48 hours. Wells it's been 15 days... I doubt I'll get my merchandise in the mean time they have my money and now I have to go through bank regulations and timelines to contest the order. Merry Freakin Christmas stylerunway!!! I have reported them for Internet fraud and suggest everyone else who has had a problem with them do the same, it is a scam!

Do NOT order! Follow everyones advice. I have reported them to all the internet fraud companies. Also I have emailed AOL and GOOGLE for sponsoring them on their searches. After investigating anyone can get an 800 # and internet company setup. WOW! have I learned a lesson. But CHRISTMAS TIME?? They should be ashamed of themselves. I have a few # 1-877-789-5311 and 1-877-978-6929 these are the 2 phone numbers. Also this scumbag has setup another site its fashionmansion.com look at it and laugh same exact site different name. I learned about it when my credit card company told me thats where stylerunway is working out of.they switchsites thats why they are not answering there. Also I sent 100 emails WHERES MY ORDER OR MONEY!!! do the same blow up their spot make it difficult for them. Best of luck they are draining accounts allover! Submitting orders 2-3 times even changing amounts. HOW IS THAT LEGAL??

Rating: 1 starsSells fake clothing
I orginally bought the clothes at an undisclosed date. I had bought in the thought that the sale was ending the following day, then later noticing that the sale date on the website had changed. After properaly reviewing the clothes i bought, i noticed that they are fake. I repeatedly tried to cancel my order, but got no success. I tried the phone lines, no answer, spoke to Jacob several times, kept getting some kind of computerized answers. I eventually did receive my clothes (20 some days later), and sure enough the clothing is fake. The bag it came in claims to be from www.donedhardy.com, but yet where it is suppose to say "Vintage Tattoo Wear", they managed to spell "Vintage Tatto", and the old english writing on my clothing is in consistant. The Y on ed hardy is spelt correctly on my shoulder, yet on the back its spelt with a g, making it "Ed Hardg". Fake clothing, don't buy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I've learned the hard way. The only thing that might come out of this is that I gota new work shirt.

Rating: 1 starsCHECK ON-LINE REVIEWS ALWAYS!!!
My mistake was not checking the on-line reviews for Style.com. Had I done my homework, I would not have placed my order. Yes, their pricing was almost too good to be true, but their site was very professional and appeared authentic and in the rush of the holiday madness I did not take the time to do my normal due diligence. BAD MISTAKE! I ordered several Chanel purses for my daughters. My CC was charged immediately, but the purses never arrived, nor were my emails answered. I finally contacted VISA and their customer service rep was somehow able to get them on the phone via a conference call. I cancelled my order and was told that my CC would be reimbursed immediately. That was on Dec. 19th and my CC has not been credited and last week I got an email giving me a tracking number for the package. Out of curiosity, I followed the tracking # and saw the confirmation that the package had been delivered and signed for at an address in NYC. (I do not even live in that state!!!) The package had been sent from Shanghai, China. Obviously, StyleRunway.com is a totally fraudulent site. I've spent the time reporting them to the FBI and the VISA fraud departments - and I'm writing this review in hopes that others will be spared the time and the inconvience that these dishonest scammers have caused me. The ONLY good news that has come from this is that VISA has opened a dispute against them and I was told NOT to pay the charges until the dispute is settled. Thank you VISA!!!

Rating: 1 starsBuyer Beware
I found stylerunway and thought it was a great deal on Louis Vuitton bags, I contacted someone on the live chat and they guaranteed that the products were authentic. I then noticed they had Hermes bags on their site. They have these bags for $500, and the retail price of the Hermes bags as $1600. Hermes does not sell any bags for less than $5000 and you have to be on a waiting list to get an Hermes. I knew something was wrong. I immediately did a search and found all of the negative feedback about this site. They are scamming people and should be shut down. Do not purchase from them or anyone else who says they have Hermes or Louis Vuittons that are authentic. You can only get an authentic Louis Vuitton or Hermes from Louis or Hermes, with the exception of eluxury.
