EXCELLENT customer service- I have always been a little shy about this kind of stuff and that's exactly why I love this place. There are REAL PEOPLE on the phones here (not somebody from Bangladesh who doesn't have a clue what they are selling.) I wanted to buy something specific that I saw on the Talk Sex With Sue show but "Alex" at tabu actually talked me out of it and had me buy something cheaper-She was so patient with all my silly questions and put me at ease right away. and let me tell you, I'm so glad I called because the toy I bought ended up bieng worth every penny. To make a long story short, they want you to be happy with your experience, not just sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Great site.
I'm impressed.- I visited this site based on the review above and was pleasantly surprised by the service. For a company in an "alternative" industry they do offer professional and prompt assistance. My e-mail was replied to within 15 minutes-something unthinkable in this day and age. The transaction went very smoothly.
