HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- I placed an order here on December 18th for a Christmas present to be shipped to my mom (who lives in a different state). They sent me an email conformation for my order that day. On the 19th they wrote me a standard letter (instead of an email) saying that they apologize for my inconvenience, but the order could not be filled. They then put that letter in the mail. I received it on December 24th (long past the time where I could actually get a new present for my mother, and expect it to arrive before Christmas). The letter offered no explanation as to any reason for the failure of delivery. I subsequently called their customer service to inquire as to why they couldn't email that to me and give me much more notice. They could offer no information, not even why it couldn't be filled.
