when my wife called they hung up on her,(said they where too busy) when i called the manager said the same thing. charged my credit card even though they did not have the product.

- I totally agree with reviewer Mike Stevens. I too have fallen for www.toysnjoys.com's trap and bought something from them. I was charged the same night I purchased but months have gone by and the products have not come. I've emailed and called and still nothing at all. They just state they are too busy and they will contact back soon. I was being hopeful at first and thought maybe they were just a bit back up due to the holidays but all they did was steal your money and ignore you, what JERKS!!! Do NOT purchase from www.toysnjoys.com ever!!!!
