We recently purchased an item from your Oakville site. Upon inspection we found the item to be poor quality. When we tried to return the item the manager accussed us of missing pieces which were indee not in the packaging. When the manager was advised that we may not return she simply remarked she did not care. As the grandparents of a growing three year old we have purchase many items from your firm. I do however find the actions from today will make us think twice about returning. I hope many of your customers read this and think the same.
