Go YesAsia!: I prefer giving my money to a legitimate business and better country rather than greedy corporate Amerika. I mainly purchase Japanese music, but YesAsia is world to more than just Japanese products. I like Japanese music in general and listen to it regularly than most of my American CDs, rock being the only worth listening to. YesAsia is marvelous, just a fabulous website to shop! They reply to you quickly and try in more ways than one to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy, frequent buyer or not. Majority of American businesses are dishonest and carry too much pride, they try to avoid customer service, defeating its very purpose by trying to weasle out of servicing those that have encountered an inconvenience while doing business with them. They get offended rather than just humbly meet a consumer's needs and are too stuck up to admit to mistake in their company. I usually can find a minor flaw in even websites that I enjoy shopping in, but YesAsia has absolutely none:

1. They do not ship your order incomplete, they notify you and let you make the decision if you wish to cancel out of stock items or even replace them.

2. They live up to their claims. If it says they will respond to your ticket number within this amount of hours, it is done. They ship on time, and should anything come up, they are courteous and really communicative you know that they sincerely wish you to be a happy customer.

3. Although they take a while to process orders, being a wide chain that is understandable. You know they are on the job searching from supplier to supplier to get their hands on all the items in your order as quickly as they can, it is not just sitting on the shelf within ten feet of their desks.

4. Very organized, efficient, and user friendly website. I enjoy navigating and find most of what I want. I shop here at least once a week! I've never regretted, I am having my money go to a worthy corporation and I have never had to run to the Better Business Bureau to file any complaints.
