Service is awful...would NEVER recommend to anyone in my life!!- AWFUL experience...would never spend another dime there....Customer service was VERY disrespectful!!! Was a first time contact user...order contacts online from them..and provided all my doctor info. THEY NEVER CHECK WITH MY DOCTOR AND THEY SENT ME TWO DIFFERENT SIZES!! And they tell me its my fault. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!!! Go to Costal Contacts.
- Order not received, Store closed, & website closed
- We were guaranteed to receive in 2-3 days, its been 4 days. I tried to check the shipping information from the email they sent me and their website is closed until Nov 5th. I tried to call and they are only open m-f est. I'm pst. tomorrow is Halloween & my son has no costume! Nothing to show for my $50
