The item I bought was a leather and lace shirt listed here

I bought the shirt from them on October 13th. On November 4th and again on November 7th I received an automatically generated response from them after inquiring about the status of the order. I include their generic response at the bottom of this review.
Looking at the seller's eBay feedback they are in the habit of slamming legitimately dissatisfied customers with negative feedback. Shameful malicious retaliation.
I also researched their record with the BBB and include the link. According to the BBB Viioleteyes have an unsatisfactory record.

On November 25 I filed a dispute with Paypal. After 1 week on December 1 when viioleteyes failed to respond to the dispute I escalated the dispute to a claim. The seller still did not respond.
On December 10, one day before Paypal's deadline viioleteyes finally refunded my money, almost 2 months after I made my purchase.
So exercising my right I leave negative feedback about my experience with them. They in turn leave me negative feedback with the comment:
SELLER BEWARE - HARD TO PLEASE CUSTOMER.. (we communicated w/u NO need 2b harsh)
