Good luck reaching someone at this company.- I tried to order a costume from this company on 6/28/07. I got an auto-reply right away saying they received my order and would notify me when it shipped, but then I never heard another thing from them. They did charge my credit card right away. I have tried emailing every single person listed on their Web site for an order status update, but I have yet to receive a response. Phone does not work...it just rings and rings, and eventually you get an automated message saying the user inbox is full and it hangs up on you. I sent a fax begging someone to please get in touch with me. It's now 7/24 and still no response and no sign of my order. I've never dealt with a company like this. I feel completely scammed.
