Negative Terrible service: I ordered a moderately high end espresso maker from them in December 2007, used it for a couple of lattes, then packed it as they recommended for moving. When I unpacked it 2 mo later it didn't work. I sent it back for repair and it was gone a month, got it back, made a cup of latte and it didn't work again. I asked them for my money back and they gave me a return authorization. After another 3 weeks, they told me my warranty had expired, they could not give me my money back, my repair would be on my dime and all they could do was send me a refurbished machine just like the one I bought new. This was after many heated conversations and emails. I received the refurbished machine a couple of days ago and upon checking my bank account yesterday discovered they had deducted $90.80 from my account. How they got that account # I don't know as I paid with AM EX. I have already invested
$150.00 in shipping charges and I am now going to have to find out why and who authorized the deduction of monies from our bank account. This is a terrible company and I told them I would post negative feedback about them. They seemed to be unconcerned about it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. By the way, you can find anything they sell at the same price at most of the brick and mortar stores in today's retail environment.
