Do yourself a favor and avoid it like the plague- I would give it ZERO stars if the option was available. They have the WORST costumer service. I returned an item, insured it, and even though USPS has provided evidence that it was delivered, they claim they never received it and won't refund my money. I've emailed for weeks now, they never got back to me, I had to call an ask for the status, to be finally told that they won't refund my money because of their "buisiness practices". Then they changed the return policy asking for Fed Ex or UPS only and tracking number (almost after two months after I sent back the item), so they won't honor USPS proof of delivery, even though no specific carrier was required when I initiated the return (and I have proof of it). "Lexie", the so called manager, treated me like she was better than me. It is a disguisting company, condescending customer service and I will recommend EVERYONE to avoid it like the plague. I'd rather suck up the $$$ loss than waste my time dealing with these people.
