I called to check the status of my order, after sending them an email, without receiving a response; only to have one of the worst customer service experiences, with not only an incompetent but downright rude employee by the name of "A.K."

After being given an attitude that she was doing me a favor, without any comprehension that she was fulfilling her duties at WORK, as an employee, I called their Las Vegas retail store.

No luck calling this location either. All of the employees sound like a bunch of teenagers who has little care for your business and YOU as a customer. It really amazes me that the owner of this business would hire people that can't walk and chew gum at the same time.
